We want to hear from you.
Over the next few weeks, we are hosting a series of listening sessions and a survey to learn how your diversity, equity, and belonging efforts are going.
What’s working? What’s not working?
What are people excited about? Where are you meeting resistance?
What support do you personally need to make a difference?
What support does your organization need?
We’re asking these questions because we want to design programs and content that meet you where you are.
We don’t want to be just another voice in the “DEI space” online.
We exist to serve and support you.
As such, knowing what you need and what you’re going through is essential.
How to get involved:
We are hosting five listening sessions facilitated by our founder, Bethaney Wilkinson.
Listening sessions are 90-minute virtual sessions. When you participate, you will not only walk away with a framework for hosting your own listening sessions in your organization, but you will be connected with a community of like-minded practitioners.
