Each course is a self-paced journey taught via a combination of pre-recorded video and/or audio lessons. Each course also comes with a digital workbook to help you integrate what you’re learning.

Our flagship course, Foundations of Race Conscious Leadership, opens for enrollment Fall 2022.

Foundations of Race Conscious Leadership

Unravel the racial narratives holding you back and learn the building blocks of cultivating an effective, justice-oriented culture. Enrollment opens Fall 2022.

A Self Paced Introductory Course

We all inherit racial narratives from our communities of origin. If those narratives go unquestioned and unchallenged, we cannot build racially diverse, culturally inclusive, and justice-oriented organizations and communities. Foundations of Race Conscious Leadership is a comprehensive, baseline course for leaders who want to more fully embody their values of justice, equity, and inclusion. Taught and developed by Bethaney Wilkinson, this course is designed for people of all racial backgrounds who are seeking thoughtful guidance on how to bring a mindful perspective on race to everything they do.

When you enroll in this course, you receive access to a curated collection of engaging video and audio lessons, as well as a digital workbook and reflection guide.

This course is a nuanced, trauma-informed, justice-centered learning journey. You will learn about yourself and you will walk away with meaningful guidance on how to translate your learnings into your leadership context.
